Gallus Lettings

Gallus Lettings is an independently owned business ran by Directors Matthew Gunn and Andy Little.

Since 2015 we have been purchasing investment properties for renovations and the buy-to-let market.  We have steadily built up our Portfolio since then and in 2019 launched Gallus Lettings to manage clients’ properties.

We were tired of Property Managers that didn’t return emails and simply didn’t know enough about Property in Glasgow.  As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage our clients’ properties with our hands-on style and make sure their investment is in safe hands at all times.

We also want Tenants to pick up the phone and talk to us if they are unsure or need help. We know that sometimes a quick phone call is better than sending an engineer out at cost, that’s why we aim to solve any minor issues we can in-house by providing the knowledge ourselves.

We regularly partner with other Investors on Joint Ventures so please get in touch if this is of interest.
