No Eviction Costs
RentGuarantor.com takes care of the court application and eviction costs to ensure that the process conducted in a timely manner.
RentGuarantor Limited(RGL), Registration no. 07913370, is insured by Lloyd’s of London. RGL has purchased a Contractual Liability (Re)Insurance Policy(CLIP) from Lloyd’s of London in respect of its Rental Arrears pledge in each Rent Guarantor Agreement. The CLIP indemnifies RGL for qualifying rental shortfalls that RGL becomes legally liable to pay under its Rent Guarantor Agreement (Landlord).
The Guarantor Process
Ask your prospective Tenant to apply & they will get an initial quote.
We’ll assess their application and provide them with provisional approval.
Confirm with Landlord
We’ll contact you as their prospective Landlord to ensure you’re happy to accept us as their Guarantor.
Sign the Contracts
Our contract is sent via Docusign, once you sign the Tenant will be requested to sign.
Once signed we’ll ask the Tenant to pay the Rent Guarantor fee.
The Landlord & Tenant will receive countersigned Guarantor Contracts from us to confirm the guarantee is in place.
